Shipping Policy
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday – Friday).
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will be shipped the next business day.
- Tracking numbers are emailed once your label is generated. Please allow up to 24 hours for USPS tracking to update.
Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping services within the United States:

Signature is required on all Priority Mail shipments above $750 to ensure secure delivery.
Delivery Time
- Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on location.
- We do not offer international shipping – U.S. addresses only.
Returns Policy
We stand behind every product we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days.
Return Conditions
- Applies only to items purchased directly from CollectionsMastersUSA.com.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date (per USPS tracking).
- Items must be in original, unaltered, and uncirculated condition.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
- Include photos if your item was damaged or incorrect.
- Ship the item back within 15 days of receiving your RA number.
- Please repackage the items carefully – we are not responsible for shipping damage due to poor packaging.
Return Shipping
- We cover return shipping costs for verified issues (e.g. wrong item, damaged upon arrival).
- Return shipping is free only after we confirm the item is in acceptable return condition.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Refunds cover the item subtotal and any sales tax paid, but not expedited shipping fees (if chosen).
